As soon as I finished reading the comment, it rang scam bells. I checked the reviews on the app and it definitely confirmed my suspicious. You rate clips? the business model of the scam is having people function as paid to click organic reviewers which generates the scammer revenue on top of having a ponzi model asking people their money upfront for "investing", it's the same modus from previous apps but with a different packaging. I'd avoid it like the plague but it's up to you.
