I had a time when I loved watching this kind of anime, also Death Note's fault. This one you share seems interesting, although the little development of one of the main characters doesn't enchant me, I'll see if it hooks me in the first chapters.

If you like this genre I recommend Pluto and Monster, if you haven't seen them, they are very good.
