There was once a time that my heart has felt joy and love from people who never failed to put a smile on me. I was happy, and for a while, I never had to think of what could happen tomorrow. I was living in the present, and that was a memorable moment in my life.
Every day, I would get up early and be grateful for a new day. Every morning is a new beginning. I'm always looking forward to new adventures and the people I could meet. I'm interested to know how other people live. I feel like I am being introduced to a new world whenever I meet someone, a world that I've never known.
Everyone is a different door. And having the opportunity to open one single entrance is a privilege that someone could ever have. You'll get to see unique individuals that might surprise you of their character. And sometimes, there are often mysterious ones that will feed your curiosity.
Some wear masks and hides behind it. You might not notice one right away, but believe me, they are precious. They understand deeper than most adults. And their perspective of the world and life is what will touch your heart. You will want them to feel happiness and not sadness.
Even though we live in this world, not everything in it is beautiful. Some lurk in the shadows longing for attention or someone who might notice them. But not all of them desire attention. Some hide behind a shadow and laugh like everyone else to fit in. They seem to look happy, but they know how miserable their life is. They wear a smile.
My heart races when I see someone has a smile. It's like seeing an image of hope showing that everything will be alright. It makes someone shine and do things that influence others for the better good. Although some fake it, you can't say no to a genuine smile. It's contagious.
I want everybody to paint one on their faces because it is a beautiful world. Life may test you out in your darkest times, but a smile will light up the world and give hope that there is nothing more glorious than the gift He's given us.
"Remember that there is no happiness in having or in getting, but only in giving. Reach out. Share. Smile. Hug." - Og Mandino
How true is it that a single smile can lift someone's soul and give hope? Why do you think that others have to fake a smile?
