Hello friends. Is a pleasure having to participate in this weeks topic. We all have people with this attitude everywhere we go and I believe is the right time to talk about it here.

The topic for week 60 says - The Jealous friend. Is this everywhere, or is it just more around me? Hmmm! I have to put that question because I have heard this issue of jealousy in friendship and to an extent I have lost friends at some point of my life because of the issue of jealousy.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH A JEALOUS FRIEND.
I went to Nasarawa State College of Education, Akwanga to study English language with combination of Igbo Language. I was very lucky to meet this four amazing ladies who were very eager to create time aside the lecture time for reading. I was so happy because I also needed a group like that to help me. We started in our hundred level. I made sure to study ahead of them because I was still the person that will come to teach the group. At the end of our first semester exams we all came out with flying colors. But one of them wasn't too happy with my own result in particular because it was way higher than theirs. At first she just waved it thinking that by the time the second semester results will come out she will take the lead. I wasn't bothered because it is God that gives success. Finally the second semester results came out at the end of year one and I was the best in our department. To my shock this girl just started avoiding me. She stopped reading with us and distance herself from the group. We tried talking to her to know what the problem is, but she never opened up. So when we got tired of chasing her we left her. She was still surprised that at the end of year two my result was far better than hers. When God wants to bless anyone we can't just do anything about it.
In conclusion, I believe that jealousy can be seen even among siblings and business associate. Even in the office. You will see people who are eying your position been jealous of you and will do anything to bring you down. Only God have the final say
