Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has officially launched the electronic platform for the Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) system. This platform is known as eCCRIS. This electronic system is created to make it easier for users to get data about all consumer debt with the bank.
With this CCRIS electronic platform, you will be able to check your payment records with all the financial institutions you have borrowed from, including the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN).
CCRIS is a system where before, all credit records are kept private. Bank usually to CCRIS when deciding whether to refers to approve your loan application.

1 . At the kiosk, choose the language you want. Bahasa Malaysia or English.
Click eCCRIS.
Click "User List"
Then, you have to enter the identity card and set up your finger for biometric verification.
Enter your phone number and click "Continue".
Review your info and click "Confirm
And you're done!
