Our introductory post, that we posted 9 months back, still explains our grand vision.
Act and Earn : Help Build a community of doers
We observe that adoption of crypto dapps and projects is still very low as one can check at State of the Dapps. Except few dapps almost all dapps have less than 1000 users. However good may be the technology and concept but without users using them -the value will not be realized. And adoption will come from when these projects are visible but users are on conventional social media platforms.
Therefore, our immediate objective is to build a network of micro-influencers, who are active on conventional social media platforms like twitter, facebook, youtube etc. These influencers will be incentivised by our actnearn tokens to use their influence and promote crypto projects to their network. For doing that they will earn actnearn rewards. And dapp owners will buy their influence by rewarding them in actnearn tokens through upvote, delegations, and direct transfers.
Supply and Distribution
ActnEarn total token supply will be capped at 1bn. 50% will be minted through "proof of action" and distributed through post reward mechanism similar to that of Steem. Remaining 50% will be used to strengthen the tokenomics for actnearn tokens.
Procedures and Rules to Participate
ActnEarn account will reward posts and comments by upvoting when Proof of Action (POA), as shown in the bottom of this post for immediate objective, is validated. The criteria to upvote will be as following:
- The post or comment must have link proving that author has done promotion of a campaign, sponsored by actnearn, on any of his/her social account. The rules and procedures for that are laid out in How can you earn rewards with ActnEarn. The only difference now is that the upvote rewards will be in actnearn tokens also in addition to steem based rewards. In the beginning 10 Mn actnearn tokens will be staked and will be adjusted to optimally grow the project.
- The post or comment must have link proving that author has done promotion of a campaign for any crypto project, vetted by actnearn, on any of his/her social account.
- The post or comment must have link proving that author has done promotion of a campaign for any crypto project on any of his/her social account and it is within top trending post/comment.
How can Steem users use the platform and token
- Steem users are also free to buy and sell actnearn tokens from steemengine to build, use, and liquidate their influence on actnearn platform and derive the campaigns of their choice.
- Stake >=100k ActnEarn tokens in your account through steemengine. We will promote your posts to our network and upvote your post with matching stake.
