The Bernician is using common law which IMO is the only way to go with this kind of case. The German/American lawyer Fuellmich is trying to go down the maritime law route which is obviously doomed to fail. These two cases are poles apart. Fuellmich is also completely ignoring Stefan Lanka and his own case regarding the scientific fraud of the actual SARS virus which makes you wonder how determined he actually is to make the case stick at all.
