The turquoise wall with a bit of mould at the base, plus that "river" make for a nice picture with the googlyprize trophy.

I agree; the pigeon shot works well with the surroundings.

It's hard to get a good shot of birds unless you have a very long telephoto lens and a tripod. I keep seeing bluejays every time I go walking in the local trails, and I can never get a good shot with the phone's camera. I should go on a photo-taking mission with my DSLR camera sometime.
