My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2021

Most of the day was spent behind the computer either streaming or hanging out with people. I did however get to take @snuzy1 to the store and pick up the few steps I did gather today.

I'm hoping that I can use @actifit to start building successful habits now so that I can launch into 2022 with a better lifestyle. I've spent 2021 being far too complacent. It's time to make that change now.
