Those of us who love going to the movies enjoy the sound in the theaters, as it adds intensity to certain scenes. This is undoubtedly one of the attractions of going to the movies to enjoy a film; in addition to a huge screen, the sound is undoubtedly one of the benefits. With the advent of flat-screen TVs, something changed regarding the sound quality of these devices, but alternatives emerged to address the issue.
Among the alternatives to address this issue are home theater systems and soundbars; all these options offer different features so that every buyer can choose what they prefer. So, when I bought my latest TV—which I reviewed here [review,] (@actioncats/aiwa-aw50b4q-review-y-experiencia), I mentioned that, as far as I’m concerned, the sound quality of all current TVs leaves much to be desired, so when I bought my latest TV, I also purchased a soundbar from the same brand at the same time.
The soundbar in question is the Aiwa AWSBH15 model, which has 30 W of power; its main features include a 2.0-channel stereo system, Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connectivity, and ports: HDMI ARC, a USB port, and a 3.5 mm AUX input; For more details on the technical specifications, here is the link to the Aiwa page with the details.
That said, to date, the soundbar has proven to be an excellent choice for getting the most out of the audio in TV shows or movies; as you can see, it has manual control buttons on one end and also comes with a remote control.
The Aiwa AWSBH15 soundbar has three sound/equalizer modes: Music, Movies, and News, so users can configure or choose which one to use according to their preferences; for those who don’t have a home theater system with a table or floating shelf, the soundbar includes a wall-mounting kit. In fact, I think that once I repair the masonry damage caused by the earthquake on the wall, I’ll mount the soundbar directly on it above the TV.
As for my experience over these nearly three months, I must say that the sound is excellent. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all the content I watch on the TV; I can’t deny that, having chosen the “Movies” equalizer mode, when there’s action in movies or TV shows, the sound can be very loud—especially at night; let’s remember that at those hours, noise in cities tends to die down. I’m thrilled with my choice, especially since the price was—if I recall correctly—$45 or $50, and I purchased it along with the TV through that popular app that lets you pay in installments.
In short, if you want to enjoy better sound while watching a movie or TV show on your smart TV, the Aiwa AWSBH15 soundbar is an excellent option. Online (Google) it’s noted that this soundbar is ideal for small or medium-sized spaces and TVs up to 43 inches; mine is 50 inches and it’s worked wonderfully for me, so I have no complaints—I highly recommend it. However, we know there are more powerful options available, and, as I mentioned, there are also home theater systems, so each buyer will choose what they prefer.
