A totally and absolutely Venezuelan dish that brings back countless memories, even though I don't eat hallacas. Reading your post brought back memories of the countless times I saw my mother and grandmother making hallacas, and even though I didn't eat them, I helped by placing the chicken inside. Hahaha.
