You can upload your picture at another place like peakd site and copy link to your actifit app. I understand that this is not the most direct way, but still allows you to solve the problem. I myself usually create posts this way, since my photos are stored on my computer and I send the finished text of the report to my phone, after which I insert it into actifit.
