So, Karneval ist für mich offiziell vorbei, und ich bin wieder zurück im Arbeitsalltag. Es war super spannend, hat mega viel Spaß gemacht und ist jedes Jahr aufs Neue ein Highlight.
Aber man merkt so langsam, dass manche Leute scheinbar nie eine richtige Feieretikette gelernt haben. Es ist schon ziemlich unangenehm, wenn einem ständig ein Handy ins Gesicht gehalten wird, weil jemand filmen will – nicht ganz mein Ding.
Mein Kostüm als Goku kam aber echt gut an! Und ja, jetzt habe ich Schnupfen. Irgendwie habe ich mir wohl eine Erkältung eingefangen – aber das gehört bei Karneval ja fast schon dazu.
Heute in der Mittagspause habe ich einen großen Spaziergang gemacht und das kalte, aber schöne Wetter genossen.
Ich hoffe jetzt einfach, dass sich die Erkältung nicht zu einer richtigen Grippe entwickelt. Drückt mir die Daumen!

So, Carnival is officially over for me, and I’m back to work. It was super exciting, a lot of fun, and honestly, always a highlight every year.
But I’m starting to notice that some people really don’t know how to behave at parties. It’s kind of weird when people keep shoving their phones in your face just to film you or someone else—not really my thing.
My Goku costume was a hit, though! And yeah, now I have a runny nose. Looks like I caught a cold—but that’s just part of Carnival, I guess.
During my lunch break, I went for a long walk and enjoyed the cold but beautiful weather.
Now I just hope this cold doesn’t turn into a full-blown flu. Fingers crossed!
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Zum Mittag gab es:
- Couscous-Salat
- Ein Brötchen mit Honig-Senf-Dip
Abends habe ich mit meiner Freundin Flammkuchen gemacht – mit ein paar Tomaten und etwas Käse.
Summa summarum bin ich damit heute im Defizit – also ein guter Tag, würde ich sagen!
What about the calories?
For lunch, I had:
- Couscous salad
- A bread roll with honey-mustard dip
In the evening, my girlfriend and I made Flammkuchen—with some tomatoes and cheese.
All in all, I stayed in a calorie deficit today—so I’d call that a good day!
