Guten Abend :)
Es gibt Neuigkeiten und auch keine Neuigkeiten von meinem Auto. Es wird teuer. Stand jetzt sieht es so aus, als müssten die Antriebswellen erneuert werden, und davon braucht man bekanntlich zwei. Aua.
Heute gab es keinen Sport. Stattdessen war ich im Home-Office, auch wenn es eher ein Hybrid-Tag war, weil ich doch noch schnell ins Büro musste. Dadurch stand ich heute gefühlt eine Stunde im Stau – nicht mit meinem Auto...
Meine Schritte sind dementsprechend heute wirklich etwas wenig. Mein morgiger Tag ist sehr vollgepackt, daher bezweifle ich, dass es was mit dem Studio wird. Aber mehr Schritte als heute sollte ich auf jeden Fall schaffen. :D

Good evening :)
There are news and no news about my car. It's going to be expensive. As it stands, it looks like the drive shafts need to be replaced, and you need two of those, as you know. Ouch.
No sports today. Instead, I was working from home, although it was more of a hybrid day because I had to rush to the office. As a result, I felt like I spent an hour in traffic today – not with my own car...
Consequently, my steps are quite low today. My day tomorrow is packed, so I doubt I'll make it to the gym. But I should definitely get more steps than today. :D
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Heute gab es Hackfleischbällchen mit Nudeln und zum Nachtisch einen Cookie von Aldi. Ich liebe diese Teile! Meine Freundin hatte mir darüber hinaus eine Brezel mitgebracht. Heute habe ich dadurch zwar meine Kalorien unterschritten, aber meine Kohlenhydrate sind nicht von schlechten Eltern. Vor dem Einschlafen trinke ich noch einen Shake. :)
What about the calories?
Today, I had meatballs with pasta and for dessert, a cookie from Aldi. I love those! Additionally, my girlfriend brought me a pretzel. Today, I was under my calorie goal, but my carbohydrates were quite high. Before going to sleep, I'll have a shake. :)
