diesmal zu einer etwas normaleren Uhrzeit! :)
Mein Tag heute war im vergleich zu den Tagen davor echt angenehm. Meine Freundin und ich waren nach Möbeln schauen und das nicht bei IKEA! :D Der Laden war trotzdem riesig! Einige meiner Schritte stammen heute davon. Der Großteil der 17K habe ich allerdings auf dem WalkingPad erledigt. Dabei habe ich nichtmal was produktives gemacht, sondern nur Netflix geschaut. Muss auch mal sein.
Kalorien habe ich heute auch im Griff gehabt! Hoffe sehr das bleibt jetzt erstmal so! Alles für den Sommerbody! :D

this time at a slightly more normal time! :)
My day today was really pleasant compared to the days before. My girlfriend and I were looking for furniture and not at IKEA! :D The store was still huge! Some of my steps today are from there. However, I did most of the 17K on the WalkingPad. I didn't even do anything productive, just watched Netflix. It has to be done sometimes.
I also kept my calories under control today! I really hope it stays that way for now! Everything for the summer body! :D
