Insgesamt bin ich heute etwas über 12 Kilometer gegangen. Dabei war ich aber nicht wirklich draußen, sondern auf dem Laufband im Fitnessstudio, weil ich es nicht geschafft habe, richtig zu schlafen.
Damit bin ich heute bei knapp 16.000 Schritten. Nach langer Zeit erhalte ich dann wohl einen Upvote von Actifit, welcher erst ab 5.000 Schritten votet. Der Vote ist nicht groß, aber alles hilft, den Pool zu erhöhen!
Sobald ich das nötige Kleingeld zusammenhabe, werde ich mir auf jeden Fall ein Walking Pad holen. Vernünftige kosten leider um die 400 Euro – falls jemand ein gutes hat, bin ich gerne für Tipps offen. :P
I walked just over 12 kilometers in total today. However, I wasn't actually outside, but on the treadmill in the gym because I didn't manage to sleep properly.
That puts me at just under 16,000 steps today. After a long time, I will probably receive an upvote from Actifit, which only votes when I reach 5,000 steps. The vote is not big, but everything helps to increase the pool!
As soon as I get the necessary change together, I will definitely get myself a walking pad. Unfortunately, decent ones cost around 400 euros - if anyone has a good one, I'd be happy to hear any tips. :P
