Karneval ist für mich nun offiziell vorbei, obwohl das Fest eigentlich noch bis Mittwoch andauert. Anstatt zwei Tage nicht zu posten, wurden es drei, da wir tatsächlich einen Tag länger unterwegs waren als geplant. Wir hatten Freunde aus verschiedenen Teilen Deutschlands zu Besuch – aus Berlin, Mannheim, Stuttgart und München. Sogar eine Freundin aus Argentinien war extra für den Karneval angereist.
Ich war als Bier, Kuh und Rentner verkleidet. Am ersten Tag sind wir alle als Gruppe als Getränke gegangen, was also sehr gut gepasst hat.
Während des Karnevals bin ich täglich zwischen 9.000 und 19.000 Schritte gegangen, je nachdem wie der Tag war. Heute hatte ich meine Uhr nicht an, sie war nur für einen kurzen Spaziergang umgelegt. Das erklärt meine 82 Minuten Training (ich habe es getrackt), aber nur die 6 Stunden Stehzeit.
Weil ich jetzt 3 Tage nicht gepostet habe, gibt's heute nicht 1, nicht zwei sondern 3 HSBI, ich ziehe also 3 mal.
Carnival is now officially over for me, although the party actually lasts until Wednesday. Instead of not posting for two days, it ended up being three, as we were actually out and about for a day longer than planned. We had friends visiting from different parts of Germany - from Berlin, Mannheim, Stuttgart and Munich. Even a friend from Argentina had traveled here especially for the carnival.
I was dressed up as a beer, a cow and a pensioner. On the first day, we all went as a group for drinks, which worked out really well.
During the carnival, I walked between 9,000 and 19,000 steps a day, depending on the day. Today I didn't have my watch on, it was just on for a short walk. That explains my 82 minutes of exercise (I tracked it), but only the 6 hours of standing time.
Because I haven't posted for 3 days now, there's not 1, not two but 3 HSBIs today, so I'm drawing 3 times.
