🤸 AcroYoga Flow with the Beautiful Nirete 😊

One neat thing about acroyoga is that you get to connect with so many people. You really get to enjoy many personalities and strengths from practicing with different people. Each person is different and will do a move slightly different from on and other. Different body types and how someone holds their weight, allows for practicing calibrate a skill in different ways. Practicing with lots of different people is also the way to get really good at AcroYoga.

In this @dtube video you will see me practicing with my good friend Nirete. She is both strong and flexible. I love practicing the power moves with her and also flowing through the more basic skills with ease! She makes everything look so smooth and beautiful! 😊
