@black-man its creator, is one of the most important posts in a LONG time describing a tool which will make African Steemian's able to get money they need to feed themselves, pay for marketing material,m rent, & all the things they need to become stable & active Steem representatives on the continent, which can allow Ghana and Nigeria to become the PORTAL of WEALTH for ALL of Africa.
