I am planning on using my Post rewards from Steem to pay for this $400 a month Shared Office in La Jolla, CA to use to train and work with local San Diego Steemians, giving us all a space to feel and look professional while we network with other startups!

I have decided I should rent my own Office Space at $400 a month for local San Diego Steemians to feel and look professional while we do our work and make posts, videos, and dlive streams all from a very sleek and modern looking SERIOUS environment! Also I have sent @mcsamm some SBD from myself and @surfyogi to begin helping support his Digital Billboard Advertising for Steem, which he has all ready, just has to be around $350-$400 .

He HAD the SBD and Steem saved up to pay, but the prices dropped VERY low and now he is little stuck :D and he tried to do the right thing and sav but it backfired LOL , so I believe we can help him with SBD and Upvotes until he gets the money to PAY for this BRILLIANT and HELPFUL and VALUABLE Advertisement for ALL of us.

Here is an image of what the Digital Billboard will look like, but with a Steem Animation Advertisement playing, and I believe It will benefit Ghanian and all African Steemians, making Steem look VERY serious and professional, because a Digital Billboard in the Big African City Center will PROVE to everyone there and everyone who sees the Videos and images of it later that Steem is SERIOUS because we have the money to pay for the ads! THEN when MILLIONS of new users join teem from @wafrica (west Africa) that will create so much demand for the steem token and PUSH the price up SO high! Metaclf's law state the value of a telecommunications network is proportional to its user base squared. So the more people we ad the higher the Steem price goes up exponentially!
