You can create orders at Last: 0.20001 STEEM / $0.04652 but if you want to buy APX now it costs 0.24 STEEM / $0.05584
So actually you can make orders at around 0.00411 EOS / $ 0.0223 to buy BUT to immediatly buy NOW you must pay 0.00776 EOS / $ 0.0422 on newdex CHEAPER than on steem engine.... for now... but look at the volume...
SO Newdex is where you go to get APX at $0.0422 and you can sell it at $0.04652 a small amount of arbitrage but I dont know if thats enough to cover the 1%
