It's in the details...

'Richly decorated' ~
would be an understatement!
This is a Balinese door...
not even all of it, as today we are just studying only the actual door itself
The crown is excluded
This is one of a pair that was at a silversmiths I visited
I thought we will have a close look at details today...
I don't know the facts or story behind it but I bet there's a good story behind this
Probably a scene from the Ramayana, perhaps...

Of course, I have to show you the whole door or doorway now...
Or it wouldn't give you the complete picture!
In this instance, the crown is a simple one on the wall itself and is of concrete
What is noteworthy is that the wall around the door is harmoniously co-ordinated in terms of the colours
