OCD stands for Operation Curation Delegation which over time changed and didn't make much sense since there was no delegations involved anymore as the "early adopter" phase was nearing and end. :P
So when we created OCDB it was after Operation Curation Delegation Bot but at the same time it could also stand for Original Content Distribution Bot.
