the meaning of that sentence is that you are so irrelevant that nobody would bother banning you, I.e. you are a nobody/of no importance/value that even if frontends would go all web2 ans ban people they wouldn't care enough to waste a minute to ban you

downvotes that user may have done on ai farms is legit imo, just cause they were your friends doesn't mean you can downvote him in return on nonabusive posts/comments, that makes you the aggressor/abuser
