True there's been datacenters in the past for regular stuff but there was also a lot of complaints when people were popping out mining datacenters for bitcoin/eth and people complaining about the same things when it came to mining as they do now for AI datacenters. So I'm guessing this is targeted towards that as there's a lot more investment in AI, i.e. datacenters than there ever was into mining.
