The blatant vote trading and delegation for votes sure is little talked about and the longterm effects it has on the ecosystem. Just because they may be smaller stakewise than other more obvious stakeholders doesn't make it any less of a risk since they can be many all centralizing inflation towards each other and none of their votes ever even accidentally landing on new accounts.
