As for your memo, you can promote posts by sending the rewards through beneficiaries to @hbd-funder / @hbdstabilizer which are important these days to help bring the HBD peg down and nonprofit for the owners of the accounts. Other than that you can send to the DHF directly or to @null. Declining rewards completely is not encouraged as that means curators won't get any rewards from voting on it neither so they most likely won't.
