Sorry for the late answer. I agree with you that AI can be leveraged in many ways but from the perspective of a brick an mortar business, the gain from that is irrelevant compaired to the reduction of business that is enhanced by less visibility. Of course not every business is affected in the same way and also geographically it might fluctuate a lot. In my case, it's a huge blow however.
