Thanks @lesmann! As far as i got it, it's the location. It seems to be a perfect place for a hub to get all the needed materials in, and the finished products out. Usually the company has very high ecological standards (as far as it's viable for this heavy industry ;) and good conditions (safety, payment and social benefits) for the people working there. I hope they stand up to this in all places they are, at least at my work place they do. Have a fabulous Sunday, too!
