Much of the crypto traders are nothing more than pure gamblers and much of the gamblers are in crypto right now ;). I personally know at least three persons, close to me, that are into gambling who have entered crypto trading for the past few years. None of them has had any previous trading experience.
It's just gamblers gambling... I guess that could be the definition of leverage trading :).
Treatment Centers worldwide are now considering crypto trading as an addiction, with some offering to treat the “ailment” for as high as $90,000, Bloomberg reported. Did you know about that?
Or better said, have you ever considered crypto trading as an addiction? I have traded for a bit "in the beginning", but I realized I am more than lauzy at doing that and I quit... Some are paying up to $90,000 to do that(quitting crypto trading).
I do lift weights, not just scrolling through Hive while at the gym
Yep, according to the above linked report, it seems that such addicts are paying close to $100,000 to cure crypto trading addiction. I guess not even insane losses are able of curing such guys anymore that they need to go to a therapist.
I don't need any such therapy, but I do have my own crypto related addiction as well and that is Hive. Yes, I am that addicted to it that I am checking on my profile, notifications and whatever, multiple times an hour. I even do that in the gym and some are throwing me awkward looks for that.
At first they thought I was on Facebook while being on my phone so often, but that isn't the case anymore, cuz I ditched Facebook some five years ago. Time flies quite fast and it's funny that I have discovered Hive just half a year after quitting Facebook.
So what's that addictive about Hive? Lets put it simple: rewards, comments, replies, upvotes, new posts from favorite content creators, drama and so on. It's a cleaner version than Facebook was, cuz yeah, at some point I was a Facebook addict too. Managed to quit it basically from one day to another.
Hive is a healthy addiction, though, because it's WEB3, it is more engaging than Facebook has ever been for me, you can earn cryptocurrencies on the way, which are the future of money, and you literally feel like being part of the future. When I look around on what people are wasting time online I feel like laughing.
Man, I'm probably spending less time on my phone than they do and I'm even earning a living with it. What more could I ask from such an addiction. What about you, what makes you an addict in crypto?
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
