Smart money keeps on buying. I read a tweet today showing a chart of what types of wallets have sold recently and the 1000+ bitcoin wallets haven't sold anything during this latest sell off. I believe they will be buying even at a 2x current value anticipating much higher targets. I'm betting on a mix with the higher percentage being on the side of financial institutions.
