Think of the mobile phone... Such a tiny piece of technology has enormous implications for our health, wealth, and well-being. The internet, as my long-time defunct uncle once said is probably the best thing happening to humanity in a long time, and smartphones are the best hand gloves" to handle the "burning steel" of the internet.
Blockchain technology is going to be as revolutionizing as the internet, if not more... After over a decade of use and speculation on such tech we are at a point in time now when the EU is talking about using it, when Russia is trying to circumvent sanctions coming at it from all sides while getting banned(where possible) in this regard, and more.
Argentina's state-owned mining company moves into mining crypto powering a 1-megawatt operation and planning on opening an eight times bigger one soon after. Why, why, why? Cuz the time of Bitcoin(crypto) has come. We will probably end up owning nothing and be happy about it in just a few years' time, as Schwab is talking about for a while, or... we will probably own everything and regain our power as people.
Binance Chain has been hacked and $100 million+ worth of crypto have been stolen. Yeah, you read it right, $100 million... Crypto is such a marvelous place to be, isn't it?
I know it hurts to get hacked and lose money in crypto, I've been there, but it's all part of evolution, of perfection, and the never-ending path to reaching the ultimate freedom on earth. How bizarre does that sound?
Well, how bizarre would have sounded if some gal was saying about thirty years ago that she's making a hell of a living from showing her pussy to the cam or posting pics naked on a website... I bet no one would believe that to be possible. We couldn't even imagine life with smartphones and here we are...
I guess there's no one on earth that doesn't at least dream about financial freedom and this society was built on selling that dream. Our parents and grandparents were tricked into working their asses hard so they could at some point reach financial freedom. While doing that, most of them just managed to enrich these leeches called corporations while they ended up being slaves of the system.
One day, youtube was created, and from that point, individuals like you and I had the chance to get rich, not necessarily overnight, by monetizing content, ideas, communities, music, art, etc... Then we had video chat, Instagram influencers, now there's TikTok, onlyfans and then there's Hive...
Yeah, I know Hive's not the same shit as TikTok and onlyfans are, but it's part of this revolution of making regular individuals actors, reporters, storytellers, artists, and gurus of whatever. Once online monetization was possible it gave birth to a new paradigm and financial freedom is no longer what it used to be, at least conceptually...
We often look at the world and the events happening while judging these based on the knowledge and understanding we've inherited from our parents and grandparents, but the world is no longer the same. Some bimbo showing her ass on a website can earn much more money than a great surgeon can.
That's a possibility. The same goes for Hive. One individual coming from an "economically poor country" has the ability to outpace his co-nationals in revenues thanks to being active on this social media thing. We're living in the financial freedom 2.0 era. It's not Bitcoin that made it possible, but this thing is going to exponentially enhance its possibilities.
The bear market shall pass, if not yet over and we will once again enter an abundance era in crypto, but it matters a lot how we treat the current times and how do we position ourselves for the years to come. There's tons of potential in this space, being online is going to be more rewarding than being active in most offices around the world. The time has come...
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
