This is a manukan or a breeding and training community of roosters used for cockfighting. This is where the roosters or the fighters eat train and sleep. More like a fight camp I should say. Cockfighting are and can be legally organized in Philippines where gamblers throw in high value of money by betting from at least 10k pesos to Millions of peso.
Why? Coz they are rich gamblers lol
