I've got a couple more posts half-written, then suddenly struck me - let's start with something really basic to intro the graphs and parameters etc.

One interesting thing tho is the inherent over-supply of basic homes. The probabilities should have been 30% and 6% (not 5%) to avoid this. Maybe was on purpose!
