The MAXUV voter is updated once per day - as there is no staking, that is in place to avoid anybody trying to get multiple votes by transfers and posting many times.

I just checked for you and it is working - it voted on your Kyber Network post. But votes are once per UTC day, so your most recent post missed out. You can use steemworld.org to easily check everything.

The votes will be modest, with just 10 tokens (think of what 10 SP would yield) but still about 10x what the same SP would give. I also notice you got a bonus vote from the @maxuv account itself, which is the posting account but does distribute some random votes! You will see ultiple voters, usually the highest value will come from "maxuve".
