As the winner, you can also donate 1 MAPR token to a nominated user who does not already hold tokens.
You can check the list of current MAPR token holders on Steem Engine Block Explorer. The aim is to encourage new members, so anybody shown as holding zero tokens is not eligible to receive any free.
