Today I am really excited to share one of my newest cards in Splinterlands: Grum Flameblade. It’s a Legendary Fire Unit. I just bought it for 831.46 DEC. After checking its stats and abilities I think it can be an addition to my battle lineup if used right.
Grum Flameblade is not your monster. It’s a health high-armor melee unit that gets stronger as it levels up. The card has defense and solid offense, which makes it a great pick when you need a unit that can survive and deal damage.
My Grum Flameblade Purchase
I bought one copy of Grum Flameblade for 831.46 DEC. It’s a Legendary Fire Unit. Works in Wild and Survival formats. The game says a Wild Pass is needed for Wild Ranked play.
For me buying a Legendary card like Grum Flameblade is more than adding a card. It’s also a step toward battle strategies. Legendary cards often bring abilities, strong stats and more options when building teams.
The card’s circulation is 14,373, which makes it a decent collectible too not a battle tool.
Grum Flameblade – Level 1 Statistics
At Level 1 Grum Flameblade has base stats.
It has:
11 Mana Cost
4 Melee Attack
1 Speed
5 Armor
10 Health
2 Abilities
These numbers show what kind of role it plays. With 11 mana it’s not cheap. It gives you 10 health and 5 armor right away. That’s a lot of durability.
Even though its speed is 1 the 5 armor and 10 health mean it can take hits before going down.
It also starts with two abilities. That’s unusual for a Level 1 card. These abilities become more important as it levels up.
How It Grows Through Levels
At Level 1: 4 attack, 1 speed, 5 armor, 10 health
At Level 2: 4 attack, 1 speed, 5 armor, 12 health, plus one more ability
At Level 3: 4 attack, 1 speed, 5 armor, 14 health, plus another ability
At Level 4: 5 attack, 1 speed, 5 armor, 15 health with four abilities total
This growth is impressive. Health goes up steadily. Abilities add more value. The extra attack at Level 4 makes it a bigger threat in offense.
A Strong Frontline Unit
Grum Flameblade shines as a frontline tank.
With 5 armor and 10 health at Level 1 it can take a lot of damage. As it levels health increases to 12 then 14 and finally 15.
Since its speed is low you have to think carefully about where to place it and who to pair it with. It’s not built for speed. Its strength is in staying alive using abilities and hitting hard.
Fits Well in Fire Teams
Being a Fire Unit Grum Flameblade fits into Fire-based strategies naturally. Fire teams often focus on melee and tough frontliners. This card is perfect for that.
In a built Fire team you could put Grum Flameblade in the front with support monsters behind it. The plan would be to let Grum Flameblade take the hits while others deal damage or help with effects.
How well this works depends on the rules mana cap, enemy team and summoner. Still its armor, health, attack and abilities give you a lot of room to experiment.
Estimated. Value
The game gives an estimated power and PP for each level.
Level 1: Power 500 PP 136.4
Level 2: Power 1,500 PP 409.1
Level 3: Power 3,000 PP 818.2
Level 4: Power 5,775, PP 1,500.0
These numbers show how more powerful it gets as it levels. It’s not about more health or attack. The extra abilities make it more flexible and useful.
Is Grum Flameblade Worth It?
After buying it I think Grum Flameblade has potential, especially for players who like building strong Fire teams.
Spending 831.46 DEC on one card is a choice. Everyone should think about their collection, budget, format and goals before buying.
For me the best parts are its Legendary rarity, durability, melee damage and multiple abilities. It can be both a collectible and a battle unit.
With an 11-mana cost it won’t fit in every team.. When the rules and mana cap allow it can be a strong frontliner.
Final Thoughts
I’m really happy to have Grum Flameblade in my collection. It looks powerful has defense and grows nicely as it levels.
Starting with 4 melee attack, 5 armor and 10 health it’s already solid. As it levels health goes up attack hits 5. It gains more abilities.
I paid 831.46 DEC for it. It’s a meaningful addition. I want to try Fire summoners and support monsters to find the best lineup around this Legendary warrior.
For collectors it’s a Legendary Fire card. For players it offers a mix of survival and offense that’s worth checking out.. For anyone who likes owning strong visually cool cards this one is worth having.
I’m excited to see how Grum Flameblade does in battles. This isn’t about owning another Legendary card. It’s about opening strategies and building stronger teams, in Splinterlands.
Grum Flameblade is now part of my collection. I’m ready to put this powerful Fire warrior to the test!
