There is no shortcut to the way of Happiness. To be happy you must first seek the truth as happiness comes as consequence of learning an applying truth.
The bible teaches us in the book of proverbs that
Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding
Proverb 3:13
Those who try to find happiness form being rich, from achieving higher educational status or from other similar things; finally ends up with dissatisfaction
