Fear is a sign of lack of faith. Lack of trust in power of God
David says in his psalm that “What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee” Psalm 56:3
Fear is harmful. It affects your soul and sprit. People fear in so many different ways; Afraid of being oneself, afraid of losing beloved one, afraid of losing wealth, afraid of becoming responsible………….
However the bible says
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness
Isaiah 41:10
By the same token you and I have the sprit that makes us powerful and but not afraid of
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
