I posted my first blog today and I finally experienced the power of Steemit first hand. I got an up vote worth over $8. I think the blog is a little over $9 right now. As far as I'm concerned, $9 is better than 1000 likes. All the legacy social media platforms seem ridiculous now. I would much rather post here than facebook, instagram, snapchat etc...
