Hello friends, how is everyone? I am Abran, here to share some new photography with you. Today, I am presenting photos of mustard flowers that I captured in the fields near my home.
Mustard is cultivated in many fields around here; while some grow it for personal or family needs, others cultivate it commercially. Towards the end of the winter season, the blend of green and yellow across the fields creates a stunning visual, a sight particularly common in the North Bengal region.
It is cultivated in our area as well, though not constantly. People grow it using traditional methods—some to meet their family's needs and others for commercial purposes. While there are various types of mustard, cultivating high-quality or hybrid varieties often yields better results.
Interest in home cultivation is growing day by day as people seek chemical-free produce. Whether for household consumption or for sale in the market, people are increasingly turning to farming using traditional techniques. Our area is home to both types of growers.
