Assalamu Alaikum. How is everyone? I hope you are all doing well. Today, I am sharing some photographs with you—specifically, photos of beetroot. Beetroot is a crop that grows underground, much like carrots, potatoes, or peanuts.
Beetroot is an incredibly beneficial vegetable—or perhaps it could be called a fruit—as it can be consumed fresh or prepared in various ways. It can be sautéed, cooked in dishes, processed into powder for drinks, or even enjoyed raw.
I took these photos in our vegetable garden; my family members cultivate the garden and grow a variety of crops there. I hope you enjoy these pictures. Please do let me know what you think.
