ARTWORK - 'STITCH'

Good day Steemians! Yesterday, I draw a cartoon character which is Mike Wazowski from Monster Inc.. I also posted it yesterday, here is the link https://steemit.com/artguildph/@aboutart/baby-mike-wazowski. You can check it out and please vote if you liked it.

For my today's artwork, I decided to stick with a cartoon character, so I decided to draw Stitch from 'Lilo and Stitch'. My partner @trishy requested it.

So here's my step by step process:

First, I draw the gridlines and draw the outline of the photo using mechanical pencil and traced it with unipin 0.1.


Then for his face, I used a lighter color of blue for the first layer. Then I added another layer using royal blue.


For his eyes, I used sky blue and dark black.


For his body, I did the same process that I did on his face. First layer light blue and I added another layer using royal blue.


His ears. I used a marshmallow color or lavender. Then I added another layer using ultra violet.


I used a light color blue on his chest for the shading.


For his nose, I used color blue for the first layer, and violet for the second layer. I left some part for the highlights.


His tongue. I used a lighter color pink and for the first layer then a darker pink for the shading.


Then I used a red brown color on the inside of his mouth.


Then I colored his teeth gold.


I added a second layer on the inside of his mouth. Color black.


For his nails, I colored it blue for the first layer. Then violet for the second layer and shading.


And lastly, I added a second layer of color for the shading on his body using color violet.
