Interesting post @agmoore , whenever you want to sell any property you have to try to leave it in the best possible condition to get better prices, I also have no experience selling houses, but I have a good friend who works with real estate and I have always heard his talks about it with clients. How nice that in spite of the remodeling work you were able to get the full sale price, no doubt for everything you say the photographer and the agent did an excellent job of advertising.

Houses in my country nowadays are not very expensive, as there are many people emigrating to other countries they sell their houses very cheap to have quick money and not leave abandoned properties. For example in the area where I live the houses have an estimated value of 30 thousand dollars, but if they have extra construction the value is higher, I remember that a few years ago the value was higher. the area has police station, fire station and there is even a headquarters of the scientific police a few meters away, it has multiple small shopping centers, sports complexes and schools in the surroundings.
