Once again, wildfires are plaguing areas of California as the Santa Ana winds. The Kincade fire, the largest this week, tore through steep canyons in the wine country of northern Sonoma County, racing across 16,000 acres within hours of igniting. About two years ago, the Tubbs Fire was burning through Santa Rosa north of San Francisco, killing 22 and destroying 5,000 homes. Then last year on November 8, the Camp Fire obliterated the town of Paradise, reported to have killed 86 and burning 20,000 structures to the ground.
