I used to feel that life was no longer worth living. I was bored with everyday things and everything felt repetitive and monotonous. I burned out the balance between scholarship, work-life, and engagement. Every night I stared at the wall and thought about myself, but found myself lost and confused in my head. So I was left behind in my thoughts that plagued me, and all of the unrecognized trauma and bullying of my childhood that I had been hiding and oppressing throughout these years was on the surface. Appeared. So I slept to escape from them.
But then I started working a lot, so watching Netflix and other movies were very rewarding. If I felt it was appropriate, the conversation lesson seemed to be very relaxing.
It would be even better and more interesting to watch the series if you and your partner could join together every night to see them. It will be a very enjoyable experience. Get out of the house, stop by a restaurant, dine alone and enjoy your favorite food. When ordering, pay attention to the foods you know you can eat and enjoy, rather than paying attention to the price first. For now, forget about your money and savings and live the moment.
Whatever you deserve, invest some of it to make your life easier and less stressful. If you don't want to get on the bus, you may use Uber. Happiness comes first. If you need a series recommendation, there are plenty of distracting, fun, and addictive ones. In my case, anime is great for relieving stress. Instead of having dinner with your family on Fridays or spending weekends at home, we promise to meet old and close friends and spend a fulfilling time together. It can be a very good source of happiness.
One year later, I was doing twice as much work as burnout, but in fact, I enjoyed my life as it was and woke up happily the next day. All I had to do was change priorities, avoid putting too much on my plate, first focus on happiness and comfort, then focus on money, and I for certain things It was just a change of perspective.
