I still know companies that will not employ someone who has worked for 2 different companies within a 5 year period and I tend to agree with this sentiment.

Excellent point. I am hiring currently and I am going to adopt this strategy. I'm sick of training up engineers for months/years and they jump ship after 3 years. Nice one man 👍
