On the investments, I think having a pre defined strategy is good. If stock X goes 4x, I sell half the shares for example.

I like residual income myself, so I'd like to build up a property portfolio eventually.

Stocks that pay a dividend is something else I like.

IBM, Exxon and Alphabet all pay dividends for example and price has done well in recent years too for a win/win
