Good man Niall. So many people fail to realise that they are paying over 50% interest effectively and then I here people remortgaging 🙈🙈
What a fatal error!! Get that bad boy paid down asap!!! 50 a little ambitious, but 55 could happen perhaps. This latest Bull run is an opportunity, but if history has taught me anything it's to pick a cash out figure and follow through if a given asset hits that value.
I've actually been cashing out some investments recently as I want to get Tarmac around our house and I don't want to get a loan, rather I'll cash out some investments and get back to dollar cost averaging again to start building up my investments again.
Dividend stocks are a great idea and I already do that with IBM, Exxon, AT&T and Abbott albeit not huge investments, but still get those dividends trickling in.
I also like the idea of property investment and would like to buy an apartment in Dublin and Galway as an investment eventually.
