But here I am, 365 days on, 250,000 words later, 50,000 words of academic writing, 100s of photographs, so many stories, so many moons later, I arrived. A little battered and bruised, but nothing significant. Growing pains, one might say.

I set out on a similar mission, but somewhere around half way, I realised that I missed a day. I was gutted. After a week or so this turned to relief though, as posting every day for a full year straight is damn hard, especially posts of the calibre of yours, so sincere congratulations my friend, a serious accomplishment.

It's pretty cool how your Hive post pondering turned into a publication, amazing really.
